Once you number is called you will be expected to be present for your session, If you do not show your slot will be held for 5min then you will need to re-enter queue.
Emily Rachel will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behaviour, nor will it share its time or compete with another photographer, or a friend, for the attention of the subjects. Unchecked conduct that interferes with photography may seriously affect the quality of the photographs taken. If any behaviour of the client, or a guest, of the client damages the equipment of the photographer, it will result in the early or immediate departure of your group. The client understands that in such an event, no refunds will be granted.
The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Emily Rachel are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). The client owns limited copyright ownership of the resulting images. Limited copyright will be transferred to the client under the following conditions:
The digital negatives are the clients property for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.
Emily Rachel will deliver an Online Digital Download Gallery once editing is completed. Images will then be able to be downloaded with a PIN provided to those who participated in the sessions via email. The Gallery will expire after 2 weeks. A clear email address must be provided to emily Rachel to RECEIVE the gallery.
The Client agrees, and grants Emily Rachel, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs from your shoot may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The client hereby releases Emily Rachel from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. It is agreed that Emily Rachel may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, public display such as in malls, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purpose thought proper by Emily Rachel.
